The Pathways Program
Pathways is a new program for young adults ages 16-24. The Pathways Program helps eliminate barriers for young adults—particularly those living in Portland, Shawnee, and Russell—and supports them in acquiring basic life skills, exploring their leadership, striving towards goals, and building community.

Designed to give teens and young adults a way to learn more about themselves and the world around them, the Pathways Program hosts events and opportunities for young adults to learn more about:
- College and career readiness: Job search and resume building, FAFSA and scholarship assistance, College tours
- Life skills: Financial literacy, Sexual health and relationships
- Arts and sciences: Creative design, Music, Cooking, STEM
